How We Ship
Every order on OpenThatPack is shipped with UPS Express, one of the most reliable courier networks in the world. We chose UPS Express because it is fast, fully insured, and requires a signature on delivery — meaning your packs are never left on a doorstep or handed to a neighbour without your knowledge. Your order is in safe hands from the moment it leaves us to the moment it arrives with you.
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your personal UPS tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery times run from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed. During busy periods or public holidays dispatch may take slightly longer but we will always keep you updated. International customs clearance is handled on your behalf so delays there are extremely rare.

Tracking
Track Your Pack
The moment your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an automated email with your UPS tracking number. Head to ups.com and enter your tracking number to see exactly where your order is in real time. Updates usually start appearing within a few hours of dispatch.
